Applications: The
pumps are fitted with a specially designed Non-Clog impeller specifically
suited for raw and treated sewage, industrial wastes, contaminated liquids, storm and mine
water, drainage, liquids containing solids in suspension, stringy material, slurries, etc.
Design Features: The
pumps are supplied with dynamically balanced impellers, having wide
uniform passage for unrestricted flow. Casings are of robust
construction. Inspection hole in the casing is provided for easy
cleaning.
The pumps are available
in horizontal and vertical configurations as described below.
Vertical Direct Motor
Mounted (top left): The pump is a vast improvement over the conventional
horizontal pump. Besides having features of the Non-clog pump, it is
more reliable as the motor pump alignment is completely eliminated. The
pump is compact in design and can be
directly mounted on the sump. Parts are easily accessible for quick
maintenance without disturbing the pipelines.

Horizontal
Non-Clog (top middle): A
back-pullout design for easy maintenance, without disturbing the pipe
connections. The Impeller shaft is sturdy and supported by two heavy
duty bearings. A renewable shaft sleeve is provided under the gland packing.
Vertical
Non-Clog (top right):
A non-clog pump for wet-pit or dry-pit installations is
supplied with motor stool, self-aligning suspension pipes and drive shafts
in 1.5 meter lengths to provide rigidity and bearing support. Small size pumps upto 150mm and sump depths upto 6 meters can be supplied
fully assembled complete with delivery pipes and mounting plate, ready for
installation. Pumps can be supplied for sump depths of upto 20
meters.
Drive shaft bearings can be grease, oil, self-fluid or external fluid
lubricated according to their materials and application.
