| Meghraj Machines provides a host of services that helps in the smooth functioning of pumps like pump testing, dynamic balancing of rotors, repairs and reconditioning of pumps both onsite and offsite, annual maintenance of pumps and also provides spares for pumps as per sample drawings. |

|
| Pump testing |
 |
We provide pump performance testing and hydrostatic pressure testing for pump at our works.
The pumps are performance tested as per the relevant Indian or International standards, as required.

|
| Dynamic balancing of Rotors |
 |
We provide static and dynamic balancing facilities for rotors as per ISO1940:1973.
We can balance rotors between a weight range of 40 to 300 kgs. A rotor of diameter ranging from 47mm to 1000mm can be accommodated and shaft diameter of 20mm to 120mm can be accommodated. Balancing speed is 500rpm. For rotors operating at higher or lower speeds, readings are proportionally converted and tolerances measured. |

| Onsite and offsite repairs and reconditioning of pumps |
| We provide onsite and offsite services for repairing as well as reconditioning of pumps. From changing or replacing of a single part to the complete overhauling of pumps with replacement of parts can be carried out. For minor repairs pumps can be repaired onsite. For major repairs pumps are brought back to our works for repairs. |

| Annual maintenance contracts |
| We take up annual maintenance contracts for pumps. Contracts usually constitute dismantling of pumps, carrying out repairs, replacing of worn out parts, reassembly. Out team visit the site once a month to carry out checks on pumps under the annual maintenance contract. |

| Spares for pumps as per sample or drawing |
| We can manufacture spares for pumps as per customers sample or drawing. These can range from cast items to bar stock parts in any material of construction. |
