| Quality Assurance Program |
| Checks and inspections are performed at each stage of production. These stages include procurement of materials, manufacturing, assembly and testing of pumps. |
| Castings are put through visual, BHN tests, chemical analysis, tensile tests, DP tests and hydrostatic pressure tests. These tests are carried out as per the relevant specifications. Bar stocks are put through chemical, tensile and ultrasonic tests. |
| Impellers are fully machined and passages are hand polished to provide maximum efficiency. The impellers are dynamically balanced on electronic dynamic balancing machine as per the International standard for vibration free operation of the pump. |
