Applications:
'mm' Sump pumps are best suited for handling industrial wastes, liquids containing solids, slurries, corrosive
liquid-chemicals, clean liquid, storm water, effluent, sewage, basement
drainage and general applications.
Design Features:
- All
pumps are fitted with non-clog type
closed or semi open impellers having wide uniform passages. The
impellers are dynamically balanced.
- Pumps
are supplied with mounting plate, delivery pipes ready to
install. Simple mounting requires no foundation.
- The
pumps are self priming.
- Choice
of shaft bearing lubrication, such as oil lubrication, grease
lubrication, forced clean liquid lubrication and self liquid
lubrication is available.
- Teflon
or dry carbon bearings are also available as an option.
- Liquid
level controller (optional).
- Independent
grease lubricated thrust bearing at the top for longer bearing life.
- No
stuffing box on pump side for wet pit applications.
- For
special services, stuffing box under thrust bearing with gland
packing can be supplied.
Materials:
Cast iron, Bronze fitted, cast steel, stainless steel, Ni-hard or any other
material.
